We can work remotely with digital imagery and presentation software or arrange viewings for you to experience and select your art in person. Artwork Aquisition

Purchase and Sale

We conduct the acquisition and sale of artworks around the world. In doing so we develop and maintain contact with galleries, auction houses, companies, and private individuals. We place particular emphasis on complete and rigorous documentation that meets all legal requirements. In our view this forms the basis for efficient collection management.

Research

Research is another of our specialities. The services range from price and market analysis to art history research, including conducting appropriate investigations and identifying the authentic provenance of art pieces. Our goal is to maintain your art collection whilst at the same time minimising all possible risks. In this respect, to ensure utter efficiency, all relevant information and legal facts are recorded, with conservation considerations and the proper handling of your collection being fundamental to us. Our professional art management thus becomes part of your overall asset and estate planning.

Audit

We always start by performing an audit of your existing artwork to certify location and appraise physical condition. Written notes and photos are then entered into your existing database or one that we can provide for you. The audit that we deliver is usually accompanied by a defined schedule of recommended maintenance. An audit is often required prior to any valuation.

Valuation

We will estimate the value of your art collection on an insurance or market basis, using a combination of our own internal and external third-party databases. Furthermore, we can also call upon the expertise of leading auction houses, should a specialist's input be required.

Art Managment

We have a unique capability of working cooperatively with clients, architects, interior designers, and builders to always deliver our projects on time and within a budget. Our consultants are experienced project managers, and their skills include such prerequisite techniques as detailed resource scheduling and risk assessment.

Inventorying

We will document and inventory your collection by means of a vast art database. In addition, we will assist you with professional cataloguing and documentation in accordance with international standards.

Our specialists can counsel in matters related to conservation and restoration, including storage, display, and rental of artworks. Moreover, we will document the conservation status of your art using the latest technology (DiVisual).

Loans

We have the necessary competence and would be happy to process short-term loans for temporary exhibitions or long-term loans to museums. This includes the entire proceeding that will range from initial assessment of the exhibition location through to contracting, preparation of status reports, and accompanying the shipment as a courier.

We work with a range of experienced lighting designers to display your artwork in its full glory. We collaborate with professional art installation teams that are reliable and cost-effective. Our lighting and installation partners provide all required methods and insurance for most complex projects.

Appraisal

Sale of Artwork

We can assist with the sale of individual works or the dispersal of an entire collection. We can do this at auction or in private, utilising a wide network of galleries, dealers, and private curators to achieve the best possible prices for you, and always with utmost discretion.
